Today I have a quick tip for you on how to choose between two possible options.

Whenever I set a goal, I always start with the WHY. And here’s how strong it needs to be. It’s the difference between trying to quit smoking because you think you should or because the doctor told you that you have lung cancer. It gives you no more options. It’s do or die.
It doesn’t have to be so serious, but it has to be important to YOU.
To get to the bottom of it, I suggest you pick up a notebook and answer these questions in writing:
- How do you feel now about your weight
- What will losing weight make possible for you
- What are the consequences if you don't?
- How do you want to feel?
- Imagine yourself at your goal weight. What do you love about it?
You can hit pause and answer them now, but come back when you’re done because I have a pro tip for you.
I filled a few pages with my answers, but there were a few that stuck because for me, they were very powerful. They were the ones that made quitting not an option anymore.
- knowing that I can handle anything that happens in my life without turning to food
getting rid of the guilt
- feeling comfortable in a front of the camera so I can show up and grow my business
- being able to go into any shop and pick up a size 8 that will automatically fit
And you know what’s amazing? Everything that I put on that list eventually happened. I created my future.
But here's the trick that can take it to the next level.
Your reason Why can absolutely be selfish and all about you. It can be about looking sexy on the beach and feeling amazing in front of the camera. It can be anything you want.
However, the moment you take it up a level and make it about contribution, you become a weight loss unicorn.
When I made my mission about helping you, everything else became irrelevant. I could not care less about food, I've got important stuff to do. Playing it small and hiding because of my weight was not an option anymore, because someone out there needed me.
So who needs you? Where are you not showing up 100%?
